I cant seem to find any ASUS ROG STRIX XG27ACMES that has 1080p and they only shows the ones that have 1440p
What are your views on AOC AG276QZD2? I am looking for an OLED, 27-inch curved monitor, 2k 240 Hz, but I’m unable to decide on that. Could you suggest?

1440p monitors are WAY cheaper in price than they use to be, there is no reason to go below 1440p, unless you can’t afford $150 for a monitor. OLED isn’t neccessary.
1080p on a 27″ monitor is garbage, say it with me “PIXEL STRETCH”. Only the fools that got bamboozled into drinking the, 1080p at the highest referesh rate possible, or you can’t game on PC, koolaid would say “1080p is good”. Only a small percentage of PC gamers are actually “Competetive” gamers, 240 hz is just a gimmick and won’t make a person “better”, 144 hz is enough. True so called “Comp” gamers are one trick ponies, that only play a couple of maps and can’t cut it in true 64 man servers, they are locked into small squad size on only a couple of maps.. We routinely STOMPED so called “Comp” players right out of our 64 and 32 man servers, they just couldn’t hang. Some of them parroted things like “You have to run 1080p at least 240 hz or you can’t compete”, then they got wrecked, many times.. Anyone saying that anything larger than a 24″ is too big is also full of crap, you just need 1440p for 27″.
Lets all face reality here, 1080p is dated and just needs to be thrown into a shallow grave and have some leaves kicked over on top..🙄
