Bose QuietComfort vs QuietComfort Ultra: Best ANC Headphones?

1. I’m 51 years old, and I’ve been listening to and appreciating good music, especially with headphones, since I was a child. I’ve tried everything from the exceptional Denon, then Sony, Beats headphones, Beats Studio Buds Plus, and AirPods, I even compared them to the new Baseus Inspire XH1, and there’s no comparison! These Bose QC headphones are the best I’ve ever heard. They might not have the best noise cancellation and the best materials, but they have EXCELLENT audio. The bluetooth and multipoint connection are great, but the most important thing, the audio, the fidelity (bass, mids and highs) are incomparable, plus they are light and super comfortable. I haven’t tried the QC Ultra yet, I have no doubt they’ll sound even better with the improved spatial audio. But these 2023 Bose QC headphones are highly recommended and, so far, are the best headphones I’ve ever owned.

2. I dont justify paying an extra $200-$300 for the Ultra since the bsic Quietcomfort is very good to me.

3. These are rubbish. Had mine for 6 months. The connectivity and volume control is so problematical that I can only use them occasionally. They always connect. But sometimes impossible to get sound. Occasionally if I power tv off and on a few times then I get sound. Do not buy at any price!

4. Device good, but firmware is terrible. It keeps disconnecting with my mac. Impossible to use it
